Q: Would the NBC consider issuing a NOID, rather than a denial, in cases where it believes the applicant is in removal proceedings and thus ineligible to adjust status administratively?Hopefully a quick one. I tried calling USCIS but they hung up on me after confirming that my case is at NBC. :) So my I-485 notice says "USCIS National Benefits Center, P.O. Box 648003, Lee's Summit, MO, 64002" but I doubt I can send a secured Fedex (with a signature) to a PO box..
