Perhaps there are some rules that are blocking the access. If the files are fine, please provide WP admin panel and FTP credentials in the private reply. Wordfence IS a security plugin, but I don’t think it adds .htaccess everywhere. If your site is working, you can just ignore the extra .htaccess files.
